Pet Compatibility

• Suitable for both dogs and cats.
• Recommended for dogs weighing 15 kg or less.
• Not suitable for large dogs or heavy chewers, including German Shepherds and Rottweilers.

Water Resistance and Cleaning

Safety Warnings

• The shell may crack under persistent or heavy chewing.
• A broken ABS shell may produce sharp fragments.
• Stop use immediately if the shell cracks and remove the product to prevent oral injuries.
• The internal battery has an insulating layer and battery management system (BMS) protection against overcharging, over-discharging, and short circuits. However, the product is unsafe to use if the shell is damaged.
